Refund & Return Policy – L'evated Products

At L'evated Products, we take pride in crafting high-quality valet boxes and storage solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We do not charge a Restocking fee

Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

  • For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at levatedproducts.com, or contact us through our shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
